Sue Chase Credit Card Services; Hmmmm?

August 19, 2009

Posting the below comment here….check this out;

Join a class action lawsuit against Chase

http://www.girardgibbs.com/chase.asp

It’s a California firm. Please, please do this! If enough people join this lawsuit, the feds will have to take notice and change the laws in the favor of the people. Think of it as the French Revolution! Off with their (Chase) money-grubbing, sneaky and underhanded heads!

I’m not a Law expert, so I can only recommend that you dig deep into this site and check out the facts.  From what I see, it looks legit, and much needed.

Chase Phone Numbers

August 6, 2009

These are numbers that Chase Credit Card uses to contact you….they usually (always) show up as “unavailable” on the caller i.d.

402-220-3991

402-220-4351

302-282-8004

770-423-7998

The best thing to do, and this is what I have done after reading about it at another site, is that if you have a cell phone and they are calling that, save the number to your contacts, and set the ring tone to silent for that number.  Keeps out the annoying ringing from these monsters.

Chase Credit Card Evil

May 29, 2009

19 calls in two days.  I am not even one month late (will be in a week though).  I will pay them next week, but damn….I’m not screwing them, I’m just late.  Fnck talking to them, because I’ve did that before and they were inhuman and rude to the point of digust.  I hate Chase.

Just rolling this out…

May 28, 2009

I can’t stand it anymore, and I’m tired of Chase and their bullying tactics.  How dare you call me, an honest customer, and harass me.  I have made late payments…but dammit, my payments have been made.  Stop having foriegn countries with non-english speaking people call and try to get my checking account number.  Then you have the nerve to send me credit/checks in the mail so I can increase my loan with you.  If I’m such a bad customer, why continue to do practice with me.  I know a lot of people that are dealing with this.  This will be the forum to fight back.

If you want to comment, you don’t need a WordPress account, and you can just make up an e-mail if you don’t want to share yours.  Just comment away, so the Legal world can see how pissed off people are at Chase Banks and theire unlawful tactics.

Fight Back!!!

More soon…..
