I can’t stand it anymore, and I’m tired of Chase and their bullying tactics. How dare you call me, an honest customer, and harass me. I have made late payments…but dammit, my payments have been made. Stop having foriegn countries with non-english speaking people call and try to get my checking account number. Then you have the nerve to send me credit/checks in the mail so I can increase my loan with you. If I’m such a bad customer, why continue to do practice with me. I know a lot of people that are dealing with this. This will be the forum to fight back.
If you want to comment, you don’t need a WordPress account, and you can just make up an e-mail if you don’t want to share yours. Just comment away, so the Legal world can see how pissed off people are at Chase Banks and theire unlawful tactics.
Fight Back!!!
More soon…..

Chase bank is the biggest bunch of greedy, pathetic, wimps I have ever seen.
My beef with them is thier ridiculous abuse of Fees. I had an account with them and because of thier screwup in changing another account over I had an overdraft.
When I tried to show them the error all they would do is to tell me that those are the fees and they would not do anything. I have incured now 173.00 in fees for a 23. dollar transaction.
I placed 78 calls to chase and 15 visits to the branch. They refused to do anything to help. Further stating that I should learn to pay my bills and not be a dead beat.
I banked with them for 3 years and this is the treatment I get. Even thier so called executive office person went so far as to claim that they made me an offer (never did) and that the decision stands. This is what she told me and the comptroller of currency on the complaint I filed.
I really hope that chase rots in hell for the way the treat people. Greed is the number one priority for them. Customers mean nothing at all.
To top it off we the taxpayers got shafted on giving them bailout funds.

I hear ya. As you can tell, I’m not a fan. But if I can get enough people together, we may be able to act in a way which would distrupt their day to day, the same way they disturb us.

Amen to that. I just had another wonderful go around with them today. They are such greedy aholes it is unreal.
It just really irks me to no end that they are responsible for this financial mess and get our money to bail themselves out. Then take the money and party hard with it. Meanwhile they jack fees on consumers and buy up everything in sight. Added to the fact that the feds allowed this with no oversight.
To think I once fought for what I used to believe was a great country. America is really sickening anymore.

Wulfgar
I am at the same point you are. People must be united and stand up to these bastards. Forums may help but it will take a much stronger and strategic grass roots based effort. Chase must go down.
Lets do this.

Have to think this over and pass some ideas around. I would love to make them feel as guilty of emotional tactics as they really are….fight fire with fire, and then move it up a notch if needed…

Join a class action lawsuit against Chase
http://www.girardgibbs.com/chase.asp
It’s a California firm. Please, please do this! If enough people join this lawsuit, the feds will have to take notice and change the laws in the favor of the people. Think of it as the French Revolution! Off with their (Chase) money-grubbing, sneaky and underhanded heads!
